• Information you choose to share in order to arrange an assessment or a Second Look: a description of your case, quotes you have received, photographs or imaging studies.
• Technical usage data (pages visited, device type, browser) collected in aggregate form for statistical purposes.

3. What we use it for

• To answer your enquiries and coordinate your process as an international patient.
• To provide the Second Look service, which consists of explaining the information you share with us.
• To pass on to Dr. Carolina Macareno's clinic in Medellín, Colombia, the information needed for your assessment, whenever you have requested it.
• To deliver the digital products you purchase and support you with them.
• To improve the content and functioning of this site.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with: (a) the clinic in Medellín, when you request coordination of an assessment or treatment; (b) providers who deliver services to us such as payment processing (for example, Stripe) and web hosting, who process the data under their own policies and solely to provide the service; and (c) authorities, where required by law.

5. Health information

The clinical information you share with us (photos, X-rays, quotes, a description of your case) is used solely to provide the service you requested and, if you ask for it, to coordinate your assessment with the clinic in Medellín. The Company does not use it for advertising purposes and does not share it with third parties other than the clinic and the providers strictly necessary for communication.

6. Retention

We retain your information while an active relationship with you exists or while it remains necessary for the purposes described, after which we delete or anonymize it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to hola@consultoriadentalcm.com. We will respond to your request within a reasonable time.

8. Cookies and analytics

This site may use technical cookies necessary for its operation, as well as analytics tools that collect aggregate usage data. You can configure your browser to block cookies; the site will continue to work in all essential respects.

9. Minors

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a minor has shared data with us, they may request its deletion.
