These terms govern the use of this site and the services and products of Consultoria Dental CM LLC (the "Company"). By using the site or engaging our services, you accept these terms.

1. Who we are

Consultoria Dental CM LLC is a limited liability company organized in the state of Florida, United States, with its address at 8220 NW 30th Ter Ste 1009, Doral, FL 33122-1914, USA.

2. Nature of our services

The Company provides educational and informational guidance regarding dental information that the user shares voluntarily, administrative and logistical coordination services for international patients (scheduling assessments, managing communications, organizing travel and accommodation), and sells digital educational products.

3. Important notice: we are not a healthcare provider

The Company does NOT provide dental, medical or health services in the United States or in any other jurisdiction. All clinical services (diagnosis, definitive treatment planning, procedures and follow-up) are provided by Dr. Carolina Macareno's clinic in Medellín, Colombia, licensed under Colombian regulations.

The content of this site and of our products is informational and educational. It does not constitute medical or dental advice, does not create a dentist-patient relationship, and does not replace an in-person professional evaluation.

4. About the Second Look service

A Second Look is a session of educational and informational guidance in which the user is given an explanation of a quote or treatment plan issued to them by a third party, clarification of the terminology used, and suggested questions to put to their treating dentist.

A Second Look does not constitute a diagnosis, does not constitute a treatment plan, does not constitute a second clinical evaluation and does not pass judgment on the professional conduct of third parties. It does not replace an in-person evaluation by a professional licensed in the user's jurisdiction. The user retains the decision about their treatment at all times.

5. Treatment plans and prices

The treatment plan and written price are prepared using the information the patient shares remotely (photos, X-rays, history). They are confirmed at the in-person assessment in Medellín. If the in-person assessment shows the patient is not a candidate for the proposed treatment, the refund policy applies.

The outcome of any treatment depends on individual clinical conditions. The Company does not promise or guarantee clinical results.

6. Reservations and deposits

Reserving treatment dates may require a deposit, the amount and conditions of which are communicated in writing before payment. Deposits are governed by the refund policy published on this site.

7. Digital products

Digital products (books, courses) are licensed for personal, non-transferable use. Reselling, sharing or publicly reproducing them is not permitted. They carry the guarantee described in the refund policy.

8. Intellectual property

The texts, trademarks, designs and materials on this site and in our products belong to the Company or its licensors. They may not be used without written authorization.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's liability is limited to the amounts actually paid to the Company for the corresponding services or products. The Company is not liable for clinical acts, which are the exclusive responsibility of the treating healthcare provider, nor for the acts of third parties such as airlines or hotels.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida, United States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of that state, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply.
